GLOBALINX Ordering Process and LNP Enhancements

Ladies and Gentlemen:

In our ongoing effort to put representatives first and keep the lines of communication open, we would like to make you aware of some upcoming enhancements to the GLOBALINX order process.

On May 5, 2008 GLOBALINX will release the first significant enhancement to the online ordering process.  This enhancement will streamline both the ordering and number porting processes.  This change will allow a customer to submit their number transfer request online at the end of the order process.  This will serve to greatly reduce the number of porting issues, timeframe for number transfer and additional actions required by customer desiring to transfer their number.   These changes should result in a much better customer experience and thus a happier and healthier customer relationship.

Also, as of May 1, 2008, 5LINX and GLOBALINX will no longer accept faxed or mailed orders for GLOBALINX service.  This change will assist in not only the efficiency of the order process, but also ensure the accuracy of all customer data in the GLOBALINX database.  This change should have a relatively low impact on most representatives, as the majority of GLOBALINX service orders are already processed online.

National Training Event Promotion Ending Soon!

Double Points on ALL National Registrations!!

April 19th - 30th ONLY!

All representatives that register for the next 5LINX National Training Event in San Antonio between April 19 and April 30, 2008 will be awarded two (2) customer points per registration.

Don’t wait!! This promotion and the discounted registration cost of $139.95 ends on April 30, 2008. As of May 1, the registration cost will increase to $149.95.

Each representative will be awarded points for a maximum of two (2) tickets purchased (representative + guest/spouse) for the San Antonio Event. Should more than two (2) tickets be purchased for the San Antonio Event under the same representative, only the first two (2) will be awarded customer points.

LINX2Health Medical Savings Card Update

In our ongoing efforts to put the representatives first and keep the lines of communication clear and open, we would like to announce the following product line changes.  Effective May 1, 2008, we will no longer accept new enrollments into the LINX2Health Medical Savings Card program.   This is due to increased costs to effectively maintain the medical savings card program.

5LINX understands the importance of maintaining your current customer base, and as such:

1. We will support any customers currently enrolled in the Medical Savings Card service.

2. 5LINX will also honor all customer points and continue paying commissions on all active LINX2Health customers as long as they remain on the service.

Rest assured that all LINX2Health Medical Savings Cards previously purchased will be unaffected and will be honored. However, we will no longer accept new orders starting May 1, 2008.
