GLOBALINX Ordering Process and LNP Enhancements

Ladies and Gentlemen:

In our ongoing effort to put representatives first and keep the lines of communication open, we would like to make you aware of some upcoming enhancements to the GLOBALINX order process.

On May 5, 2008 GLOBALINX will release the first significant enhancement to the online ordering process.  This enhancement will streamline both the ordering and number porting processes.  This change will allow a customer to submit their number transfer request online at the end of the order process.  This will serve to greatly reduce the number of porting issues, timeframe for number transfer and additional actions required by customer desiring to transfer their number.   These changes should result in a much better customer experience and thus a happier and healthier customer relationship.

Also, as of May 1, 2008, 5LINX and GLOBALINX will no longer accept faxed or mailed orders for GLOBALINX service.  This change will assist in not only the efficiency of the order process, but also ensure the accuracy of all customer data in the GLOBALINX database.  This change should have a relatively low impact on most representatives, as the majority of GLOBALINX service orders are already processed online.
