GLOBALINX Ordering Process and LNP Enhancements

Ladies and Gentlemen:

In our ongoing effort to put representatives first and keep the lines of communication open, we would like to make you aware of some upcoming enhancements to the GLOBALINX order process.

On May 5, 2008 GLOBALINX will release the first significant enhancement to the online ordering process.  This enhancement will streamline both the ordering and number porting processes.  This change will allow a customer to submit their number transfer request online at the end of the order process.  This will serve to greatly reduce the number of porting issues, timeframe for number transfer and additional actions required by customer desiring to transfer their number.   These changes should result in a much better customer experience and thus a happier and healthier customer relationship.

Also, as of May 1, 2008, 5LINX and GLOBALINX will no longer accept faxed or mailed orders for GLOBALINX service.  This change will assist in not only the efficiency of the order process, but also ensure the accuracy of all customer data in the GLOBALINX database.  This change should have a relatively low impact on most representatives, as the majority of GLOBALINX service orders are already processed online.

Equipment Migration

GLOBALINX Enhanced Services

Dear Valued 5LINX Representative:

In early January, we began the final phase of the video service upgrades and started the upgrades to the GLOBALINX™ DTA’s. The upgrade to our network is required to allow GLOBALINX™ to provide the best available offering in the marketplace. You are now being offered the opportunity to bring your DTA(s) and or video phone(s) to the National Event in New Orleans to be upgraded to the new enhanced network.

For you convenience, there will be three ways in which you can have your devices migrated.

Bring your device to the event: Technicians will be on site to handle all the details. As an added benefit for attending the National Event the upgrade will be completed without any involvement on your part.

Register at the event to have your device system migrated and be provided step by step instructions on how you may perform the physical migration of your device yourself at your convenience up to seven days after the event.

Make an appointment: While at the event to have a technician contact you after the event to do your migration.

Some of the enhanced services now available to you and your customers through this upgraded network include:

·New – Click to Call from the Web for instant communication

·New – Out of Service Forwarding means you never miss any call

·New – Now make calls from your address book via Outlook Integration

All of these new calling features are free however; you have to be on the enhance network to take advantage of them. As business leaders you will want your devices on the enhanced network so that you have total compatibility with your new customers as well as the ability to use your video phone to train and motivate new representatives.

In early August you were informed of upgrades to Globalinx video service to keep it the best available offering in the marketplace. You are now being offered the opportunity to bring your video phone to the National Event in Philadelphia to be upgraded to the new enhanced network.  Technicians will be on site to handle all the details.  As an added benefit for attending the National Event the upgrade will be completed without any involvement on your part.  Some of the enhanced services now available to you and your customers through this upgraded network include:

Integration

All of these new calling features are free however; you have to be on the new platform to take advantage of these features.  Keep in mind that you can accept a new number and receive a $30 discount (ten dollars off your bill for the next three months) or keep your existing number for no charge.  All new video phone installations are being performed on the new network; these will not have video capability with video phones remaining on the old platform.  As business leaders you will want your video phones on the enhanced network so that you have total compatibility with your new customers as well as the ability to use your video phone to train and motivate new representatives.

Sizzling August Promotions

Double Open-Line Bonuses

As an ED, ND or SVP, you can take advantage of one of the best 5LINX promotions ever.

All monthly open-line bonuses for EDs, NDs and SVPs will be DOUBLED!

To achieve this bonus, each rep used towards this promotion must get DOUBLED CAB QUALIFIED.

This simply means acquiring eight (8) personal customer points for any 5LINX service (at least one of them someone other than a rep & outside the rep’s household).

Example (August Only):
Executive Director (ED):
Receive $750 for every 5 IMRs who get double the customers to qualify.
National Director (ND):
Receive $1,500 for every 10 IMRs who get double the customers to qualify.
Senior Vice President (SVP):
Receive $2,000 for every 20 IMRs who get double the customers to qualify

DETAILS:
-All representatives used toward this promotion must be entered and active between August 1 and August 31, 2007.

-All faxed orders must be received by 6:00 (EST) on August 31 in order to be awarded double points.
-No customer may submit more than four (4) GLOBALINX orders on the same credit card, in the same name or in the same household.
-This promotion is exclusive and separate from all other promotions.
-The requirements of this promotion are in addition to any other promotions run by 5LINX.
