- All twenty (20) personal customer points and five (5) front line representatives used towards this promotion must be submitted within your first thirty (30) calendar days from your start date; only these customers and representatives will be used towards this promotion.
- All five (5) front line representatives must be both enrolled and sponsored by you and qualified within your first thirty (30) calendar days.
- All customers must be ACTIVE before the bonus is paid out.
- All qualifying customers for your representatives must be submitted within your first thirty (30) calendar days.

Double Open-Line Bonuses
