Details of Promotion:
- All leads must be submitted online by 11:59pm (EST) on June 30, 2008 to count toward
promotion.
- All leads submitted prior to June 30, 2008 and not yet sold, must be sold by July 15, 2008 to
count toward promotion.
- Faxed leads will not be accepted.
- Only accounts with a minimum of five (5) lines of service that each have a monthly recurring
charge (MRC) of at least $14.95 or higher will be counted toward this promotion.
- Each line with a MRC of $14.95 or higher on an account eligible for this promotion will be
awarded two (2) customer points.
- This promotion is separate and exclusive from all other 5LINX promotions.
- All promotions are governed by the 5LINX Statement of Policies and Procedures.
